Elements not working in cornerstone

Hi Theme X Team,

I have been having issues with cornerstone, when trying to add an Elements,
When I click on the Elements tab, it takes me back to the main website page, in other words it doesn’t allow me to see the Elements page.

My environment is hosted in AWS, using the “WordPress Certified by Bitnami” from the AWS marketplace.

Hi There,

Please go to Admin > Settings > Permalinks and make sure /index.php is removed from your permalink structure. Once saved, please close all your browser tabs where the builder is open and re-edit them by going to Edit with cornerstone.

Reloading the same opened builder will just have the same issue after changing the permalink. Loading new will make sure it also loads with the correct permalink.
