After i updated to the latest version of Pro, these started popping up everywhere, wonder if there was a reason for it? I have cleared my Style Cache and deactivated pugins. Wonder what the issue was.

Are you using the latest version of Pro? According to our latest Release Notes at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/release-notes-pro-2-3-x-6-3-cornerstone-3-3/44607, this issue has already been fixed in the second point release.
If you’re using an optimization plugin like Autoptimize, W3 Total Cache or similar plugins, please disable all optimizations temporarily and clear all caches then check if the issue persists.
If you’re using a CDN, please disable all optimization and caching as well or temporarily disconnect your site from it.
It’s important that you try what I’ve suggested first. Only if nothing helps, you can give us WordPress Admin and FTP access in a Secure Note so we could check what else could cause this.
