Elements failed to render - Cornerstone

Hi,

I have been experiencing this quite often where I want to edit a page in cornerstone and then the message Elements Failed to render appear. This is on all of my pages.

I have checked for Plugin conflicts, cleared cache but still the same outcome.

Kindly advise.

The issue you described mostly happens while using any deprecated or non-existing elements. I would request you please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

I would also suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi Leon,

It seems that the Cornerstone has not been updated properly and that is why it is not able to recognize the elements. I went ahead and re-install the plugin and now the page is loading the elements.
