Elements expand/collapse interfering with adding an element in Cornerstone

In Cornerstone something has gotten tweaked in the Elements menu so the collapse/expand area is offset and interferes with adding the first element under any category (such as a div). This occurs both in the main top elements menu and via adding the element in the outline. I’ve tried disabling all my plugins. The glitch occurs in both Safari and Chrome and is occurring across all of my Pro sites.

Thanks for writing in! I believe that this is a bug because I was able to replicate the issue on my local testing server with Pro 6.5.9 version as well. I have reported this already to our developers.
