I’m not understanding why it’s taking so long to respond to this thread. I have another support thread going and it’s getting responses far quicker. You guys don’t allow video uploads, crazy enough so your customers have to resort to file sharing apps like this.

If you are not able to share the page URL for investigation, please upload the video into the Google Drive and share the video link in the secure note. The website used to share the video shows the same error as the previous one.

I have checked the video multiple times and found the problem you are describing. But that problem can’t be replicated in the local environment. I would suggest you update the Pro to its latest version i.e. 6.1.0 and check if that resolves your issue or not. If you have already updated and still facing the problem, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– Specific Page where you are having this problem.
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Sorry for the confussion, I am able to replicate the problem in my local environment after a thorough investigation. I suspect this could be a bug in the latest version theme. I will report it to the Issue Tracker for further investigation by our development team.
