Hi so anyone in the community or staff maybe know a fix for the problem i’m having here?
When editing a Header or Footer, while choosing any element to add to a container on PRO or using a premade template they do not appear as suggested on the demo.
For this screenshot it shows the template as shown in the demo, but also has the containers at the bottom of the page.
I’m curious to know is this a install error on my part? or am i missing a plug in? any help would be great! thanks in advance!

Please try to load the header in Skeleton Mode and see if you will be able to see the element:
If the issue persists, please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
