Hello, I am learning to use X and I can’t find the settings to add borders to sections, rows, columns, etc.
I can only manually write some css code like for example “border-top:1px solid #ccc;” in the Inline CSS field.

Thanks for asking. 
First, please make sure to Enable advanced mode under X > Settings > Permissions > User Preference > Advanced mode and select Always On.
After that to add border into sections, all that needs to be done is inspect the section and under Border select the relevant style and same logic applies to rows and columns. Here’s a screencast.
