Hello Themeco,

I am having an issue clicking on and playing a self-hosted video.
The video plays
I can right-click and copy the video link but that is about it.

The video shows “NBC Bay Area” on the cover and is located in the Behind the Scenes section towards the bottom of a page.

Please review and advise.

Hey there,

The script in your Custom JS is causing an error. Please remove it then check if the issue persists.

Thanks.

Hi @ignaciosantiago

Are you referring to this video (https://prnt.sc/g1qh3g)? It plays fine on my end. Please clarify how we can replicate the issue.

Try clearing your browser’s cache and doing a plugin test.

Thanks,
