Element: Recent Posts (show only certain category)

Title says it all. How can I set the element to show only the recent posts from a certain category?

Thank you for reaching out to us. If you’re using Classic Recent Posts element then you can filter posts by category by specifying the category slug in the Category field:

Yeah saw that and thought also that this is a field to select post categories but it is not. You select almost everything BUT post categories

Regretfully there is no option to select the category but you can manually insert the category name there in the Category input field as suggested by @nabeel .
