Element not hiding on taxonomy condition

I have done this countless times with ACF, but I want to hide the “Dayporter Verified” element UNLESS the taxonomy “Premium” is selected for this post.

I am trying this (with is & is not)… no luck:

here is a screenshot of my template: only a few have the taxonomy “Premium” selected.

sorry! i should haver been clearer, it is the “verified main” Headline element.
