Same here! I delated x theme and cornerstone in order to be able to update to pro because of this message:
"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Cornerstone_Plugin_Base in /home/…"

So now I have pro installed but can’t make changes in “pro’s conterstone” cause it says the files are missing…

Hello @Benjirod3,

Please accept my sincere apologies for late reply. We handle ticket using FIFO principle (First In First Out). Now the issue is that the moment you add a new reply to a ticket it goes back into the queue.

I suggest you to please visit our changelog page for a elaborated explanation on bug fixes and new features being added to each release. At the moment we are focused on ironing out the bugs our customers are facing. https://theme.co/changelog/. Basically all you need to do is update the package. If you are working on a live website, then my recomendation would be to first test the update on a staging server.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks.
