Element in first section causing page to load incorrectly

Something is causing the first section on my homepage to expand then adjust when first loading the page. I believe it may be the slider (inline). Any suggestions to fix this?

I have checked your website but didn’t find the problem you described here. Can you please provide any screenshots marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem?

Thanks for the response. Download link to a screen recording below. I removed the content in the right column so I don’t believe the gravity form is the issue. You can see the content stretches the section, then loads and condenses. I would like it to load in the correct size upon visiting the site. My best guess is it’s something to do with the Slider (inline).

6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN
