Element CSS disappearing during content editing

Hello there,

On some of our pages the element CSS is being removed somehow, but when I replace one and save it they all reappear. The elements had not been edited by myself or another user, but they do seem to have happened when the Yoast content within that page was edited. This may be a coincidence but these were the only site changes we made just prior to the elements CSS being wiped.

Is this a weirdness you have encountered and have you any suggestions on how we can avoid it?
