Element are not displayed and layout inaccurate

Hi, I’m facing issues with the Cornerstone Page Builder.
He does not display all the elements, and the drag options are not accurate.
When I’m adding a new section, there are no starter template/layout options.

the page builder is not responding when I try to edit the header.
I’ve been able to go for all of the above.

1. change to default theme and then change back.
   2.dsibale caching plugins
2. refresh site

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the page builder and found the problem you mentioned in your first post. It is due to the Classic Row having been selected as Content Layout Element from the Preferences option as shown in the given screenshot.

I have selected the Row and now the Template or Layout option is showing. And I have also checked the Headers and it loading perfectly fine in the Header Builder. If you still find the issue, I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

thank you very mutch for your response, but that solve only half of the issue.
i’m still facing this un accurate issues wen im dragging and editing elements.

The screenshot shows that you might be using the Grid element, but the problem can’t be recognized through that. Can you please make a screen casting video so, we can recognize the problem and guide you accordingly?

Hey Gil,

The builders currently has issues in RTL editing. Please switch to LTR editing for now by changing your backend language to English.

Regarding your editing the Grid layout. Resizing and repositioning the Grid Cells will change the grid layout. Please check out the Grid tutorials to learn more about the Grid element here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q7XuYdxhuJY&list=PLWPh_GoP7hYXHrOv3sYUNQ5mVeApTnkO2

What are you expecting when resizing and repositioning the Cells?
