Element animations blinking on Android mobile

Same animation blinking issue on mobile Android (14; SM-S918U1 Build/UP1A.231005.007) in Chrome (126.0.6478.122) as previously reported for iOS.

Happens on Fade In Up, Down, etc. Also happens with Zoom and more.
Slide in works for now, but it would be great to confidently offer these additions to clients without having to limit to just the slide in options. I would prefer to not use third party javascript to make animations on our sites.
