EG - Content based Gallery option not working

Hi there,

I have a site a page at https://pointzero.hu/belgrad-rakpart/
This page uses EG, and is set up under the name [ess_grid alias=“BELGRÁD RAKPART”]
The skin name used is refaloldal.

Issue is, I’m trying to setup a gallery from the custom grid, but it only displays the lightbox for the given item, and won’t let me switch between them. I tried all the content settings inside the grid, I’m unsure as to what I am doing wrong.

Thanks for writing in! I have checked on the page and I can click all the items in the grid. The lightbox works up to the last item on the grid.

You may be having some caching issue amongst other things. Please do the following first:

• Testing For Theme Related Issue
• Testing For Plugin Conflict
• Theme Update
• Child Theme
• Increasing Php Memory Limit
• Disabling Cache
• Disabling Cdn
• Permalinks
• Version Compatibility

You may also clear your browser cache or use private browsing mode and test your site again.

I don’t think I explained myself clearly.
The issue is not that they won’t open individually, it is that I would like to be able to switch between them while the lightbox is open. This used to be possible but for some reason I can’t configure the functionality. Any ideas what I am missing?

Hi @Pbalazs89,

I have checked your Themeco Account and didn’t find the website in the list. Although the Essential Grid comes as a bundled plugin with our products, we only support it if that is used with our products only. If it has been used individually, you need to contact the plugin author in that case.

NOTE: If you have a similar problem while using any of our products, please let us know for further investigation.

Thanks Tristup. It’s a staging site that is why it is not added, but it is using PRO, and I have an unlimited account, so if that’s an issue I can add it. Please have a look and advise. Thanks!

Hi @Pbalazs89,

You might have added it in the Pro Unlimited but it is not using the Pro. I have already investigated and didn’t find any of the X or Pro has been used on your website. And as I said it before, if you faced a similar problem while using any of them, please let us know for further investigation.
