Eenvira Gallery lightbox the requested content cannot be loaded

Hello,

Our Envira Gallery Lightbox will not load an image.

I read through other posts and cannot find a workable solution.

I also checked for insecure URL’s but everything is properly using HTTPS.

How can I get this working?

I have used Envira on many other X Theme projects and never had this issue show up.

Thanks for reaching out.

I can see the error message showing up in Envira gallery. Further inspection, in dev tools I see 403 error message. I suggest you to please take a look at following threads for some solutions:

I tried both of those fixes before I opened my ticket.

Link one is a valid troubleshooting step. I checked the URL’s once again and found some leftover localhost calls. I updated these to the live URL.

Link two is not valid for me as I am not linking to an external URL.

The affected galleries were added after we brought the website live so the URL’s shouldn’t be an issue.

I did find however find the source of the issue. My client added a URL to the image Metadata which is accessed by editing the image within Envira Gallery.
