Editors etc. Not Loading

Hi there,

Last time I used Pro – two weeks ago – everything was fine. I came back after a break, and now the Theme Options, Header/Footer/Content editors aren’t working at all. I can’t even get the spinning load icon. I deactivated all plugins, and still nothing.

1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
3. THEME UPDATE
4. CHILD THEME
5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Only if none of that help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

Some of those don’t apply. Others I completed. No change.

I created a secure note as requested.

Edit: Annnnnd after letting it sit all day it started working again. Very confusing.

Hi Justin,

Glad to hear that it is working now, that kind of weird issue where it comes from nowhere and then suddenly fixed on its own usually is caused by caching. If that happens again please clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache).
