Editors cannot see "Edit with Cornerstone"

As admin, I can see “Edit with Cornerstone” for each page. However, editors cannot see this option. The problem started after a recent upgrade of plugins and migration to new server.

What do I have to do to let editors use Cornerstone?

Under X > Cornerstone > Content Role (Allow content editing for roles other than Administrator.) please make sure Editor is selected.
