Editor Users Cannot See Documents

Hello,
Some of our editors cannot access documents through Cornerstone. The list is empty.
We’ve checked the role under “Settings” and “Permissions”.
The same behavior happens when they try to navigate to “Pages” or “Posts”.

To help you with your concerns, we need to check your settings. I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password & Editor username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Hey @dtsui,

I logged in as editor and I can see the pages in Cornerstone. It looks like the issue fixed now.
