I checked your site dashboard, you may need to disable ModSecurity or at least whitelist the following URLs in the secure note. Please note that we use the WordPress REST API for saving, and it looks like your web host does not support it. Please ask your web host to support WordPress Rest API or whitelist the URL in the following screenshot.

I have checked with my server admin and no change was made from their side and this builder was working 2 days ago and now all of a sudden is not - do you know what changed this?

I would suggest you please copy your live site to the staging server and share the admin login details so we can debug your issue on our end without breaking your live website. Please share the staging server admin login details and the staging server’s FTP login. Please have a look at this article to learn more about how to move a live website to a staging server.

You guys are more than welcome to go onto the live website - I take regular backups and the website is not actually live - it is under construction - go live is only in month from now

Please share the FTP or cPanel login details so we can debug it. I would also recommend purging all caches from your caching plugin. If you’re using a server-level cache such as Cloudflare or a CDN, please clear those as well. Alternatively, you can enable Developer Mode (especially in Cloudflare) while working on the site to prevent caching from interfering with your changes

You are getting an out of memory error. The memory limit on that site is also just very low. Checkout this doc below. Let us know if this helps and have a great weekend.
