Editor role cannot access x/#/template-manager

It seems that only Admin roles or roles with manage_options capability can access the template-manager. I have added the Editor role within Cornerstone settings but this does not help.

Can you confirm this is expected and if so are there any workarounds? I really don’t want to grant this capability to all Editors.

Hey M,

Yes, currently only administrator role could access the Pro menus. What you’re setting in Cornerstone settings is the Content Role. It’s only for the content.

Thanks for updating the thread.

We are aware of this and our developers are working to have a enhanced user role manager that also includes items under Pro menu. I can’t give you 100% assurance but we are hoping to launch this feature in upcoming release. Very soon we will start internal beta testing and then a limited public beta testing to collect feedback. After that we will roll it out for everyone.
