Editor Role - Backend and Cornerstone broken Style

Hi there,
with admin-account, everything works fine.
with editor-role account, the cornerstone and pro backend looks bad and broken.
When i change the role to admin, it is being displayed well.

No Caching Plugin.

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for reaching out.

It’s usually due to permission within WordPress which could fail sometimes. Example, in this one Pro Editor does not work with any roles except Editor, instead of Editor has the issue, it’s the other roles.

Since the theme and builder only adheres to the permission standard provided by Wordpress, then we can’t really tell of which always fail.

And another example is here Editor can't edit Pro pages in which the role doesn’t work on older sub-site, but works on newly added sub-site.

For now, please follow the solution provided here https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/permissions/32879, and make sure to grant permission to editor role. Then deactivate any plugin that change or alter roles, like membership plugins or similar. Then lastly, clear the cache if present before testing.

Thanks!

Ok thank you.
I checked the role permissions with the “User Role Editor” but with no success.
Tried a lot of combinations. (If i give the editor all given rights, it works)

Any idea which right is needed? I think this will also interest others.

Confusing:
I created a NEW role with the same (!) permissions exactly the same like the editor role. Also the roles in pro-theme are the same.
With the new role it works with the same permissions, with the editor role not.
–> Bug?

Hi @kevin_hermann,

That seems to be an internal caching related issue, please do clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache), then do a Testing for Plugin Conflict.

Thanks,
