Editor not loading in

So this is what I get when I try to edit a page or anything with pro.

Thanks for asking. :slight_smile:

Please do the following and let us know how it goes:

  1. Using FTP software like Filezilla and navigate under /wp-content/themes/
  2. For the time begin, rename Pro Theme folder. Doing so should let you login into the backend.
  3. Next, deactivate all plugins under Plugins > Installed Plugins.
  4. In child theme folder if you have made any changes, try to remove all of them.
  5. Rename Pro Theme folder to Pro and test the case again. Upon activating if you don’t see any issues in website backend then probably plugin conflict or customization is creating the problem.

In case yo have any issues, please share FTP details in secure note for us to take a closer look.

I can login fine.

I’ve disabled already all plugins and still see that when I try to use the Pro builder…

Can you guys login using the info I provided and actually give me a solution?

Seems to be working now…
