Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible to edit the design/layout of the single product woocommerce page in X Pro?

The layers of the single product page in woocommerce is loaded using a specific PHP template file and it is not possible to use the conventional X or Pro contents, builders, to change the layout of that page.

You can use the child theme to customize that page. I suggest that you check this tutorial for more detailed information:
