Hi! I purchased pro to edit the original header and add a call to action. I would like to know if there is any way that I can use that original header as a template for the header editor. I really don’t want to recreate the whole header just to add a button.

It’s not possible. You have to create a new header. Upon checking your website, I could see that you’ve already done that:

I’ve changed the Assign Menu to Location: Primary Menu and the menu looks good now:
All you need now is just set this header to global header:
