Editing dropdown menu's background

Hello. I wonder if it is possible to change dropdown menu’s background? I want to add text and image to it like in the image I added here. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out.
It is not clear what you are using in navigation. If you are using any of the Navigation elements or Uber menu, you can change the background. But if you are using something else, it will be very difficult to tell without investigating that.
