Editing Dashboard not Showing at All

Dear support,

Following my last ticket (Changes not showing on editing page) everything was working fine until today. Suddenly the editing dashboard is not showing at all (video inserted below). I have tried in both Chrome and Brave, also updated any available update on Cornerstone and Themeco.

Any solution?

I have logged in to both the live site and the staging site. I cannot replicate the issue in the staging site. On the live site, there is a JS error:

Please temporarily deactivate the All in One SEO plugin and other plugins to test your site because if we compare the version, the staging site is using the old versions and it seems this new version has an issue.

Hi Ruenel,

Thank you for checking this out. Will themeco adapted to the changes with the recent update from AISEO plugin? For now, I downgraded the plugin, this seems to fix the issue of changes not showing at all. But I will need to update this plugin sooner or later as it is still in use.

I also still need to test the other plugins, as the changes are still showing rather slowly following the last ticket.

Hi Andita,

This is a 3rd Party plugin, and unfortunately, we don’t have any control over the code. I would request that you contact the plugin author on this and let us know their feedback.
