I’m trying to edit a row on one of our pages and when I click on it everything disappears including the header of the webpage…

That is a strange one. In the first instance, can you go through the following items from this troubleshooting article please:
- Testing for Plugin Conflict
- CSS/JS Customization
- Disabling Cache
- Disabling CDN
If the problem persists after following the above steps, then please create a copy of the site on a staging server or alternative environment where we can carry out further tests without risk of affecting the live site, and let us know when done.
