Editing a post layout

Is there any way to use Cornerstone to edit post layouts?

Does it require a child theme?

Hi there,

If you mean to have simply Cornerstone available in Posts to add whatever you want as a blog post then it is possible and you can enable Cornerstone for posts or portfolios by going to X > Cornerstone and add the post or portfolios to the option below:

Adding the posts there will make the Cornerstone available for blog posts.

If you want to have fundemental changes in the layout of the blog post then as @mickster58 mentioned you will need to override the theme files. That will be a customization and outside of our support scope, but if you get back to us with detailed information we can point you to the correct file which you need to override in the Child Theme and add your customization.
