Hello, I am unable to access my content editor in X Pro and I am not sure why, when I go to the page and click on edit with pro, the pro editor starts but all I get is the spinning icon but the pro editor never opens up and I am unable to edit any of my content.
My site is custommortgageinc.com and I have recently upgraded to wp 5.52 but even going back to 5.51 does not fix the issue.
Please help!!
Figured it out, it was Async JavaScript plugin causing the issue. Someone might want to look into that. I am considering switching themes due to slow performance on my site which seems to be related to X Theme Pro setup. Still diagnosing but I am not having much luck speeding things up.

Great that you are able to figure this out. Sometimes 3rd party plugin(s) in-compatibility is the cause of the issues. Regarding, the speed issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot a few common issues on this.
1.Plugin Conflict
2.Child Theme Related issue
3.CSS/JS Customization
4.Disabling Cache
5.Disabling CDN
