Edit with Pro missing from post page

Hello. For my wordpress site, each time we enter a new blog post into the website, we “edit with pro” in order to enter in the information. I just went to post and the “edit with pro” tab is missing. What might be the reason for this tab being missing? Can I post without it and how do I do so? How do I get the tab back?

I am referring to the tabs on the top right side of the box that say “Visual,” “Text,” and ususally “Pro.”
