Edit with Pro button is missing

Hi, I just installed pro on a new website. When I add a new page, I don’t see the “Edit with Pro” button that is usually there. I don’t see a way to open the pro builder. All I see is the standard wordpress page options. Please advise.

Can you advise if you’re using the latest version of Pro 4.0.0? And which version of WordPress are you running?
