Edit with cornerstone => redirects to login screen

Hello.

I have tried pretty much everything to debug this out:

• I have deactivated all 3rd party plugins, leaving the only cornerstone in use, no luck
• I have installed SSL Ready Simple plugins, enabled the 301 redirect module, no luck
• I have installed Better Search & Replace and run the whole check of HTTP => HTTPS, no luck
• I have replaced .htaccess with basic wordpress .htaccess setup, no luck
• I have checked Settings -> General that both site and URL addresses are the same with https, no luck
• I have switched to wordpress default theme to see if it’s theme related issue, no luck
• I have checked the system status / health with Wordpress core tool and all looks good, no luck
• I have set memory limit to 512M, post size to 32M and php version is 7.4, no luck
• I have gone thru error logs, nothing relates to this occasion, no luck
• I have gone thru https://theme.co/docs/common-issues for troubleshooting, no luck
• I have tried with Safari and Google Chrome (with and without Incognito) and cleared cache / cookies.

So I would like to get this thing working asap now without any redirects.

Hey Kim,

This most probably is because of incomplete WordPress update. I reinstalled WordPress in your site and Cornerstone doesn’t redirect anymore.

The problem now is Cornerstone loads indefinitely because of one of the 3rd party plugins. I deactivated them all except Cornerstone and it works.

If you found the conflicting plugin, please have the developer of the plugin fix the issue.
