I deactivated all plug ins and cleared cache. Still can’t use Cornerstone.

As you mentioned caching, can you let me know what type of caching is in use? For example, W3 Total Cache, Server Side caching or something else? The issue you’ve described is usually caused by corrupted nonce verifications.
WordPress uses the nonce verification system to ensure your session is still valid and signed in, otherwise it re-prompts you to sign in. Mis-configuration of database related caching or using Memcache when not actually configured server side could cause this.
