Edit with Cornerstone log in won't Load (continuous scrolling)

Trying to Edit with Cornerstone and it won’t log in. When I click to log in it just continuously scrolls and doesn’t log in.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

FTP Credentials - I don’t know where to find this info. Sorry, I’m new at this.

I tried to load Edit with Cornerstone today and it still won’t load.

Extremely frustrated with this service. I can’t load Cornerstone and now it keeps making me validate the license when I already did. Below is the license but now it states its already been used on another account. Please help. What other information do I need to provide?

Thanks for updating in! Cornerstone should work even if X theme is not validated. I have logged and tested out Cornerstone. You can check out the test page added in the secure note.

We can check your license code. Please provide the license code in your next reply so that we can check it where it is assigned to.

I still can’t launch Cornerstone from any pages. I just get scrolling and a white page. I’ve updated all my memory and had my hosting company do the same according to the suggestions on trouble shooting with cornerstone. the only other suggestion from that suggestions list is checking the ModSecurity Rule. Can you please help?

Hi there,

The license problem is fixed. The current domain was not set correctly on your licenses page. I updated that to the current domain and the product is validated now.

The mod_security settings are something that we can not control. You need to contact your hosting service provider to do so.

Also, I added a sample Alert element in the About Me page and it worked correctly. I used the Google Chrome browser.

It absolutely worked using Google Chrome instead of just Google. I’ve been trying to get help all week and you’re the first one who suggest Google Chrome. Thank you so much!!!
