Edit with cornerstone just refresh the page

When we try to add new page/post and click on Edit with cornerstone it just refreshes the page. Theme and plugin is of latest version.

Just to make sure there is no conflict with other plugins, all plugins are disables.

Also there is no cache plugin installed or there is any other cache mechanism on the server.

Any pointer why cornerstone is behaving like this?

This is something may due to PHP memory Limit. You can increase the limit by adding this code in your wp-config.php

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

In case the issue persists, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

• Link to your site
• WordPress Admin username / password
