Hello,

When going to edit a post or create a new one (did not do this before) the editing window is no longer full screen. Is there a way to have the code editor default to full screen?

Do you think this could be a solution?

Thanks for posting in!

Yes it is no longer fullwidth because WordPress has changed it’s default editor with the new one which is the “Gutenberg” editor. If you want the old one, you are in the right part. Installing the classic editor plugin will disabled the new one and let you have the old WP editor.
