I checked your site it seems that you are using Pro theme custom Header where you have added a Navigation Dropdown menu for the small devices. To change the dropdown menu text, font, and hover color you need to go to the Navigation Dropdown —>Links—>Primary–>Format

I did not build the mobile menu. That was a “friend” who has vanished. If I were to use the WP Mobile Menu plugin, would that conflict with the current menu?

If you use the WP Mobile Menu plugin, this plugin will replace the primary menu and the plugin will be in control. Since this is a 3rd party plugin, we cannot guarantee that it will display properly or that work smoothly.

We can see this mobile menu on your site. You are using the Pro theme and this menu was built in the custom header. You should be able to design or edit the mobile menu according to your liking.
