Hello, good morning, I would like to be able to edit the store page since it has remained with the format of previous templates and I would like to be able to edit it.
How can I do it?

Is this shop page a normal page? You can edit this page in Cornerstone. When you load this page in Cornerstone, it will display a blank canvas which will be good if you want to rebuild this page. You can insert your own sections, rows, columns and elements that you want to present in this page.
If this Tienda page were already assign as the Shop Page in WooCommerce settings, then a custom WooCommerce template file must be present in your theme or child theme. We’d like to check how this page gets displayed with the other theme. Please provide us some access to your site so we can check if you do not mind.

That’s a shop page and you can edit it in Admin > Pages and find Tienda page. And it appears the shortcodes are no longer, maybe it’s a WPBakery element and the plugins are gone. I’m not sure how it was added so I can’t really provide any help on how to edit it. But since it’s created in WPBakery then you can edit it through it, except not sure how to get it back that missing elements/shortcodes. Have you deactivated and deleted a plugin before?
