I have pro single licence, which is working fine. But, the client is unable to edit the content on their side. Please let me know how I can resolve this issue?

It might be the issue of browser cache, I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check it again. Please make sure you have not installed any browser extension that is stoping loading JS files. If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. so that we can check it at our end. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password
