Edit post using cornerstone

It used to have a toggle below it saying quick edit, edit, or edit with cornerstone. It no longer says this. Is there a way to edit posts using cornerstone now or is that functionality gone?

My URL is http://cs12.temp.domains/~highpoo7/

I am just curious if there is a workaround or if I have missed some toggle in settings somewhere to turn on this functionality.
