When navigating to the Edit Page tab to change the website slider to the Holiday Season themed slider i am getting a critical error and thus cannot change the slider above masthead - please advise
Hi Gregory,
Thanks for reaching out.
There might be some different reasons behind your reason, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.
1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

Its actually happening across a few of our websites and the main common thing is X Theme - if you could possibly take a look and advise me.
I am adding login details to the secure note
Hi Gregory,
I have just checked and found that Edit Post is working fine. Can you please check and let us know if you are facing the same issue?
Thanks
Hi Tristup, Its the edit page functionality, not the edit post.
If you go the “African Smoke Headshop” in the top left and view the website - then select “Edit Page” in the top tab - it shows the error i attached earlier.
TIA
Hi Gregory,
I had already checked that too, but I took the screenshot of Edit Post. I have checked it again, and it worked too.
Thanks
Hi Tristup, to be more specific - it is only happening with the “Home Page” as far as i can tell - the “Breeders” Page works on my side as well - just not getting into the Home Page Edit screen
Hi Gregory,
The Edit option for the Home page worked for me. If you are still getting the issue, I would request that you provide any video that helps us recognize the problem and replicate it.
Thanks
Hi Trstup,
I cannot attach a video here?
Hello Gregory,
I am another staff I tested your site on my end and it seems that it is working fine on my end. I have tested it on the Google Chrome browser version 120.0.6099.109. Please have a look at the screen recording video given in the secure note. I would suggest you please purge all the cache and then deactivate the cache plugin( W3 Total Cache) temporarily and recheck it.
If it issue persist please let us know the browser and its version.
Thanks
