"edit page" in toolbar not working correctly

Hi, when I’m logged in and on a page the toolbar has “pro” in it which includes “edit page”. It used to be the quickest way to edit a page for me, however it’s now very indirect. Clicking it takes me to a page that says “Start Building - Launch”, which I click. This takes me to the home page in edit mode. I then have to go to “Navigation> Content” and search for the page I was on when I clicked edit.

This is a lot of steps to do what I used to do with one click.

Any fixes for this?

Hey Daryl,

That is the case if you’re using the default or Plain permalink. You need to set to Post Name or any pretty permalink structure.
