Edit on content on other langages not loading

Hi, we received this website and it was already started an the customer asked us to fix some content. When we use the ‘Cornerstone’ edit on the primary language (English) all the content loads and everything is fine. If we select one the other 2 language options the editor goes blank, even the content side bar (left) goes blank. The site is using WPML for the Multilanguage.

The previous developers were using an old version, we bought the license and updated to the latest version, but we are still having the issue above.
