Edit header the navbar disappears

When I click edit on my header the navbar disappears and only the topbar remains visible as shown in the screenshots.
Please advise. Thanks.

Thank you for writing in, first, please clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache), then see if that resolves the issue, if not, please do a Testing for Plugin Conflict.
