Edit border-color of footer starter: columns

I am using the starter footer called “columns”. In the content box, the titles have an underline border with 3 different colors. How do I change the color of this border? I cant find anywhere to edit it.

Hi Dutt,

Thanks for writing in. To do that, click on the title “text element” then go to border , in the side, click on the third icon which is the bottom border, after that you will be able to see the color. Here’s a screenshot of it.
