I am using the Woo Checkout Manager to collect registration names. Is there a way for us to go in and edit the information inside of an order? I can edit everything else inside of an order except the additional info section. See screenshot:

It seems that you are using a 3rd party plugin, YITH WooCommerce Checkout Manager:
Please be advised that our support only covers getting your site set up using our theme and bundled extensions, bug fixes, and minor cosmetic changes. Any additional feature or modifications to a feature or use of a 3rd party plugin is beyond the scope of our support.

where did you get info on YITH because I’m not using that plugin - I’m using the ThemeCo Woo Checkout Editor.

Sorry for the confusion. You have mentioned “Woo Checkout Manager” in your original post.
Regretfully we do not have any other way to edit the additional information that was added with the “Woo Checkout Editor”. We will forward this thread to our developers as they might have a way to do that or make changes to the plugin to make them editable.

When you press the pencil icon on the order editor do you not see your custom fields? If not could you send us a site to look at? Have a great day.
Yup, I’ve tried that but it’s not showing the custom fields. I’m sending a secured note now.
I gotcha, I was only checking the billing fields which work as expected. I think you’ll need to add a plugin for the meantime to edit those meta fields, while we work on this feature. Thanks for sending this our way.
