Echo Knowledge Base plugin with X theme and Cornerstone

Hi there,

I’m currently working on a Knowledge Base with the plugin ‘Echo Knowledge Base’. I’ve used the plugin before with Divi and now I wanna use it with a different website that’s using X theme and Cornerstone. I was wondering if the plugin can work with the theme and the builder?

Or if you know any other knowledge base plugins that you know off that works well with X theme/cornerstone?

Hey Floris,

Regretfully, we haven’t tested any knowledgebase plugins with our theme. But, you can test a particular plugin in a staging site and you can report to us if our theme is proven to be the cause of the issue. We don’t guarantee to provide a fix nor promise an integration for 3rd party plugins but we’d be happy to investigate and see if the issue is with our theme.

To prove that our theme is causing the issue, you just need to install our theme and the KB plugin and then do a Test For Theme Related Issue.
