E&P with Cornerstone

I am using pro and unable to imbed the E&P plug in with Cornerstone. I read a posts from a couple of years back which suggest this is a bug and not possible?

Thanks for writing in! The E&P form shortcode should now work with Content Area or Text element. Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • Pro theme 3.2.3 or
  • X theme 7.2.3
  • Cornerstone 4.2.3
  • WordPress core 5.3.2

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

I didn’t update (already had the latest) but got it working by using the ‘Classic’ text element instead?

Glad you had it working. But I don’t see a known issue with it using v2 element on our bug tracker.
